Registration
Dear colleagues,
For technical reasons, registration and payment cannot be handled by our university system in one single step, so that we ask you to please follow the two-step procedure explained below:
1) Fill out the registration form: Registration: 40th GERAS Conference
We need this precious document to know exactly how many people will take part in the doctoral symposium, attend the Thursday round table, stay for the ensuing cocktail party, and opt for the Senate House visit on Saturday afternoon.
Please note that the two-hour visit is limited to one group of 40 people. It is also important that you read the official recommendations to visitors: they can be found in the “information” section on our website.
For those of you who do not understand French, we inform you that the doctoral symposium and the round table will be held in French.
2) At the bottom of the registration form, you will be directed to the payment form. We ask you to fill it out before you access the payment platform.
Warning: The software system generating the payment form accepts only one answer, and we strongly advise you to read the whole list of options to select that which best describes your particular situation and choices.
For example, if you are a GERAS member (with your fees duly paid), and you wish to register for lunch on Friday and the gala dinner as well, do not tick the first option, but read on until you find the right option near the bottom:
Registration will only be accepted once your payment has been validated by the university’s accounting office.

Deadline for abstracts: November 15th, 2018 (geras2019@u-paris2.fr)
End of review process: December 20th, 2018
Early registration deadline: January 31st, 2019
Late registration deadline: February 28th, 2019
Registration fees:
GERAS members (membership fees duly paid)
before January 31st, 2019: 45 euros
from February 1st to February 28th, 2019: 90 euros
students and retirees: 20 euros
Non-GERAS members: 90 euros
