Research Institute of Business Law (IRDA)

The Research Institute of Business Law is the foundation stone of the system set up in the field of business law by Panthéon-Assas University to supervise young researchers and to make its relevant contribution to legal developments.

IRDA upholds two principal objectives:

• encourage students with a professional Masters to prepare a doctoral thesis, not necessarily connected with any ambition of a university career;
• institutionalise cooperation with professional environments.
